TOTAL Human Health! How do we build QUALITY of LIFE for all?

I suggest god is MAD at us! That is my son's CAR!! I have never seen anything like that in recent decades. Buffalo had a lot of snow but there is always far less here in Toronto. I think because my kids live close to the Lake? I was complaining but this is ridiculous .. he said like 2 feet .. I was complaining about like ?8 inches. This is the huge storm taking over America. Washington Airport is shut down, the south has ICE storms .. a total mess! Snow, cold AND wind .. a trifecta. I say God is mad at us because we destroyed the environment, but in our DISRESPECT and lack of RESPONSIBILITY .. we now have also destroyed his HUMANS! After Minneapolis, plus my own family final understanding .. we NORMAL Humans will die because the Left Brain mindless are DISABLED from TRUTH and FAIR. How can you run an ORDERLY society without TRUTH on which FAIRNESS is built?

Physical Health means everything in our body works as it should. When we treat our body in NORMAL Traditional ways it usually worked pretty well! Then we added coke, then cereals, TV dinners with hidden sugars and now EVERYTHING has 300 names for sugar in it! WHY? it fried our brain made us have no will power

When your BRAIN is not working Properly why is that different than your HEAET or lungs not FUNCTIONING Properly. Yes your brain is HUGELY Important the MOST important BODY PART we have. How does that make it a STIGMA for it not to work? We have been silly sheep followers with NO QUESTIONING (because we are missing the Right brain that QUESTIONS). It is definitely more difficult to UNDERSTAND when our brain does not work, but as usual just grab a drug.  

Today .. if you are NOT depressed you are ASLEEP! You are one of those people who ignores everything .. "what can I do about it?" I thought democracy was so we could be FREE? UNFORTUNATELY, freedom and independence requires RESPONSIBILITY. Either everybody considers their NEIGHBOUR and others WELL BEING .. or you will have to fight those who HARM has .. another BANDAID we invented. Just like DRUGS as BANDAID, with no REAL SOLUTION .. SUING takes NO RESPONSIBILITY, only blames. Health is affected by what we DO as well as genes and environment. But what about the society we live in? We never considered that because AMERICA was where everyone had GOOD quality of life. Hah our Total human Health was already underline as soon as IPHONE and web etc took over our lives. ADDICTION to everything. became our way of life. ADDICTION is merely no will power or ability to be BALANCED and do whatever in MODERATION! Since we do ALL in excess or to extreme we are a society of ADDICTS. is ther a PILL for that? NO!  The solution is RESPONSIBILITY. They have destroyed our self control with hidden sugar but unless we DO SOMETHING humanity is EXTINCT. Start respecting the Law of NORMAL, respect our Resources and TAKE RESPONSIBILITY TO MANAGE ALL HUMAN VALUE BETTER!

At this point in history we have no SOCIAL, Emotional, or Trust and HOPE Health. Without we are despairing, sad and ANGRY. we have been had! it is time to take back control while we still can. It takes sacrifice to BOYCOTT .. do it! .. or die.

When I began to see the collapse of TOTAL Human Health, the "wellness" category made me want to be sick. Self absorbed self involved people, the perfect example of "ME! Mine, here, NOW!" I know I am generalizing and being lazy, and not saying TRUTH. But if you look at the BIG picture, society, our Humanity .. we have in the last decades neglected any EFFORT and RESPONSIBILITY for our atmosphere, the space and energy around us. It can only be a GOOD ENERGY, when people CARE about others. There are WONDERFUL people, SAINTS that are such GOOD Humans, but it feels like more of us are worried about prettier nails and more plunging necklines than the next (SLUT)  😂 Sorry but we have fallen. so low .. no CLASS left only CRASS everything. I know I am a GROUCHY old lady, but it began in the 60's. I guess I was JUST old enough to always be more of a GREATEST GEN (WAR .. saving resources) than a boomer. maybe why I was ALWAYS confused. Maybe I already felt we were declining with boomer hippies? 

"ANYTHING GOES" can be FREE-ING but can go TOO FAR. FREE I can do whatever I want has DEFINITELY GONE TOO FAR. have some CLASS people! Again .. most of us are quiet decent people .. GOOD humans   but we forget becaus e the SCREAMERS make us feel THEY are society. I hope I am right us GOOD Humans are quiet and missed because the wild fake competition gets the attention. if we GOOD NORMAL humans get together we can TAKE BACK OUR WORLD. but we have to do it FAST. we have to STEP OUT of the "crazy" and go back to modern Pioneers .. mennonites that are respectful responsible and manage ALL our resources much BETTER. Let's get together and build a new  "LAST Church/Country". One commandment .. just be FAIR .. consider OTHERS well being BEFORE acting. Do we have to have a last war? do we have to kill MAGA and WOKE .. those who not THINK before acting?   🤔 ..😈 If we only kill EVIL are we bad? nah I think god will still want US in heaven.😇 If you prefer to be evil, go to MARS with Jeff Bezos and Trump. See how nice we are. What war gives people an OPTION .. sure not Israel in Gaza!!

So SELF HELP is ONLY after you looked after your DUMBOCRACY and turned it RESPONSIBLE again. US doing nothing is why we have this mess! Those wellness people should have AT LEAST taught the rest of us how bad processed food is .. it destroyed SOCIETY because our BRAINS are gone. Then selfish and shallow become NECESSITY just to survive finding a way to EAT!

The wellness meditate yoga "happy" crap is SELFISH and SHALLOW .. which DESTROYED our Humanity. How can we be "happy" .. when those around us are homeless and starving? .. IF .. we are STILL Human??

But since I hate everything .. Bad Bunny says that only LOVE will conquer Hate. But their HATE involves HARMING. we do not so we have to get ANGRIER. I guess we just kill each other then .. so not good,

she says to STOP trying to CONTROL OTHERS. NO .. CONTROL YOURSELF! I am not doing YOUR HUMAN JOB For you! Quit being LAZY selfish and take some RESPONSIBILITY for US. TAKE SOME RESPONSIBILITY for our HUMAN. (but she is right I can not change my kids etc .. that will tale someone more balanced or Left brain than I .. to make them HEAR.)

TMU started a new School of MEDICINE! Medicine .. why not HEALTH? Always the DRUG bandaid never the REAL Health. I just bought a new magazine on INFLAMMATION, the cause of disease. one reason for INFLAMMATION? SUGAR hidden in EVERYTHING, with now 300 names. WHY? What reason there/ why went from 56 hidden NAMES to now 300?  What part of conspiracy to make us sick do we not get? TOO LATE .. our brains were fried long before screens (TV), social, and stress finished us off!

wouldn't useing their wisdom not actually make humans RICHER? Oh forgot .. only MONEY means RICH. Their are more important ways to be WEALTHY than $.
