The FIRST of the LAW of NORMAL is that all is DUAL .. BOTH (good) AND (Bad). So even things we TEND to think are BAD have GOOD in them. ONLY when taken EXTREME .. EVERYTHING is always BAD! We Americans LOVE EXTREME, bigger, faster, "better", is what we LIVE FOR! Since that is BREAKING the LAW of normal (Moderation and Balance) after 250 years more and more cancerous

so this rather proves nothing is really TRUE or FAIR, but we should consider things MORE TRUE or MORE FAIR. Fire and WATER are RESOURCES! But what about when the fire burns down your town like in California? Or water demolishes your neighbourhood in huge flooding. These 2 NATURAL THINGS should be able to teach and clarify that we GENERALIZE much more than we realize. we do not really SPEAK TRUTH. All my life I just wanted ONE COMMANDMENT. "Just be a decent FAIR human that harms no one." Maybe we just do not use our THINKING BRAIN wiring enough any more .. or more probably it is GONE.

I used to think our BIGGEST RESOURCE was HEALTH. That one probably IS TRUE? Is there any negative?
Perhaps the negative could be as very healthy people we get EXASPERATED with those who are less healthy. That is true. I have been very lucky with health and probably think these struggling unhealthy people should have been more responsible. (The minute I eat too much processed food, breads or sweets my arthritis flares. No drugs needed just WATCH WHAT YOU EAT that INFLAMES YOUR body.

TALL TALL buildings harm far more of us than they help. They destroy community, create shade and wind tunnels and allow more profit for the very few. Yes there are advantages to tall buildings for us who NEED to live in the city .. but maybe smaller lower cities? We really should have listened to William Penn .. no higher than Phila City hall. When we quit believing his wisdom as necessary TRUTH .. everything fell apart! 🤔

The loss of our BRAIN by hidden sugar and gluten in processed food PUSHED EVERYWHERE, is terrifying. Now we do not even KNOW how to think! We were just little SHEEP followers for 60 years and now our THINKING right brain is missing. The LEFT Brain hemisphere gets the job done .. is the ACTION part. Action without FIRST thinking CAREFULLY will never create good solutions. But now our brain has been so destroyed we never even paid attention toANYTHING happening. This is why I say democracy long ago DECLINED into DUMB-OCRACY. Along with GREED capitalism this kind of explains what is happening now in Minneapolis! Silly sheep, us .. and a POWER STRUCTURE (NOT .. and "ORDER System" for "We the people" but decayed to purely POWER and CONTROL) leaves this ICE conflict PURPOSE as a bigger conflict so they can invoke the INSURRECTION ACT.
Mental health was always a part of PHYSICAL HEALTH. Now we are DESPAIRING NOT "depressed"
